The Breedon Story

Our MD, Nicki Robson, has been at the helm of Breedon since day one, in 1999. Through her love of learning and development and a desire to train managers of SMEs on managing people better – Breedon was born.

Following its inception, it was clear that SMEs were struggling to access good HR support and so Breedon’s offering extended to provide a fully rounded HR service. Which means that our clients have access to the same level of support as a large internal HR team, but as and when they need it.

From our early days, Nicki has been building and developing Breedon into the company we are today, supporting businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of sectors. When it comes to looking after your people – we can cover it all.
