Our MD, Nicki Robson, has been at the helm of Breedon since day one, in 1999. Through her love of learning and development and a desire to train managers of SMEs on managing people better – Breedon was born.
Following its inception, it was clear that SMEs were struggling to access good HR support and so Breedon’s offering extended to provide a fully rounded HR service. Which means that our clients have access to the same level of support as a large internal HR team, but as and when they need it.
